Äntu Punamägi camping site

Äntu Punamägi (Äntu Red Hill) is a protected esker on the Äntu-Nõmme nature trail.

Agelinde, the 240-metre-long three-part stronghold in southern Viru County, built by ancient Estonians at the beginning of the first millennium, was located on the southern edge of the esker. The three castles – front, middle, and main castle – were separated by ditches and surrounded by mounds. Today, a protected esker is all that remains of the stronghold.
There is a camping site with a campfire site on Äntu Punamägi.
